We do so many things for just no reason at all. I think the main thing that we do for no reason at all is just making a bunch of things plaid for some reason. Like yeah, it’s some scottish pattern that we made a while ago but I just see that stupid pattern everywhere.
I just recently bought a plaid jacket, cause my parents were like you should get that, and now I’m sitting here thinking god, why the hell on earth did I buy that jacket- plaid is just so pointless, just a waste of a pattern.
To think I could have bought some striped jacket, or perhaps something with just a single color tone on it, instead of that wretched, stupid, plaid.
I think that’s the problem with a lot of things in this world, people just accept things as how they are, and plaid is just the epitome of that idea. We make so many things with this weird pattern, like almost every single clothing store sells something plaid, the Golf GTI has plaid car seats, the whole idea of lumberjacks is pretty much just plaid at this point in time.
Like how is plaid such a popular fucking pattern? It’s boring and like fugly, maybe even cheugy- let’s move on everyone, wake up.
